Mission:

To develop, maintain and promote WCM knowledge and culture inside of the plant, in coherence with the target given from the company.

Main Activities:

- To involve all the plant in WCM activities;

- To monitor target and score of each WCM Pillar with pillars leaders;

- To spread the knowledge of WCM Tools dedicated to each pillar;

- To promote benchmarking;

- To plan and organize training in collaboration with HR department;

- To guarantee the right application of WCM Tools;

- To identify priority of intervention on each pillar, in order to full fill gaps;

- To be a "Team Builder" for pillar leaders;

- Ability to put in place Change Management in term of new Tools and best practices;

- Rigorous planning for audit and pre-audit.

Formation : Ingénieur

Expérience professionnelle : (3 ans - 5 ans)
